Dollcrew Skin is focused on educating clients on how to properly care for their skin. We pride ourselves in offering the best service to our clients. Bringing out the beauty from within through a personalized plan for your skin ✨🫶🏽 PAYMENT There is a $30 non-refundable deposit required to book your appointment. This deposit can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment that is made at least 48 hours in advance from your previous appointment. Please note that this deposit is only valid for one reschedule after that to book your appointment a new deposit will need to be sent. The remainder of your payment is accepted in cash only. If you wish to pay with a debit or credit card a fee will apply. LATE POLICY There is a 15 min grace period for all appointments. After 15 mins, your appointment will be canceled and will be asked to reschedule your appointment. Your card will be charged 100% of the remaining balance of the service booked. If I am able to service you there will be a $20 fee applied towards your remaining balance. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Any cancellations/ reschedules must be made 48 hours before your appointment time. If your appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged 100% of the services booked to the card on file. You are limited to one reschedule. You cannot reschedule your appointment after the 48 hour mark. The appointment will be canceled, your card will be charged and a new appointment will need to be made. GUEST No extra guest or kids are allowed unless you are bringing a guest that is also getting a service NO CALL NO SHOW If you are a “no call, no show”, you will be charged 100% of the service and will no longer be able to book any future appointments. APPOINTMENT PREPARATION TIPS Avoid using any skin thinning acne medications such as retinol, Differin, Accutane, etc. Exfoliate at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You can still get waxed on your cycle, just make sure you’re wearing a clean tampon. Your hair should be grown out for at least three weeks before scheduling an appointment.
